Refund Policy

NORTH VALLEY YOUTH BASEBALL REFUND POLICY

Refunds are not available after tryouts.

If you wish to withdraw your child from North Valley Youth Baseball BEFORE tryouts and request a refund, please send your request along with your reason for withdrawing to registrar@nvyb.org.

A $25 administrative fee will be deducted from all refunds.

Full refunds, minus the $25 administrative fee, are available upon request only prior to tryouts.

Typically, no refunds will be processed after tryouts unless substantial justification is provided to the Board of Directors. The North Valley Youth Baseball Board of Directors reserves the right to modify this policy on a case-by-case basis.
